My mother (55) has scoliosis and developed osteoporosis a year ago, which started affecting her daily life. Being into fitness, I always tried to lecture her about resistance training and protein, but she would brush me off...until recently. After seeing some reels and my talks, she finally began working out.
Upper body: Push‑up hold, Superman stretch, Shoulder press (2 kg each hand).
Lower body: Squats (15 × 3), Wall hold (30 sec × 3).
Abdominal: Sit‑ups (15 × 2), Leg raises (10 × 2).
She alternates these daily. She's now drinking Mb's isolate protein and creatine from GNC (sharing mine) and eating proper meals.
Breakfast: 2 eggs with oatmeal and fruit.
Lunch: Rice (100 g), Dal (1 katori ≈ 50 g), Sabzi with fish/meat (100 g).
Dinner: Rice/Roti (2), Sabzi and paneer (150 g).
Snacks include sattu, chia seeds and peanuts.
I'm proud of her and myself ❤️ Looking forward to seeing her improve and become fitter. I also advise everyone to get their parents to work out and eat clean.

That's great to hear! I'm a certified fitness trainer specialising in senior citizen fitness, but I still can't get my mum to work out at all :D
She'll be fit for the summer. Convincing parents isn't easy, so I'm really proud of both of you!
What's the purpose of creatine?
Well done, OP!
Oh no, creatine! She'll soon outbench me.
Make sure she drinks plenty of water – creatine needs at least 3 litres, especially in this heat.
Bro, you've got a super mom!
Wow! How did you manage to convince her to start exercising?
Mummy is about to start talking about marriage soon.
I put my mom on Omega‑3, magnesium, psyllium husk and two scoops of plant protein daily, and she put on 2 kg in two weeks. She had very low muscle mass before. She's thrilled and now does it on her own. The only thing I can't get her to do is exercise :(
