Not the food ones - the button ones look cutest.
Just my thought - Indian skin tones are a bit warmer, so the patch colours should match that to look coordinated and not stick out like a sore thumb.

Not the food ones - the button ones are cute. Add hearts and stars too. First, stick to what people are already comfortable with. Market it like Starface but don't copy it outright - just take inspiration. Make reels of giving them away for free to strangers at music festivals and concerts to create hype.
I don't think many people would feel comfortable wearing bold patterns on their face just yet. Could we make them transparent but shaped like flowers, stars, animal heads or hearts? :)
