From a business perspective, why would you even need deity photos in your store, especially if it's a franchise? You should be appealing to all kinds of customers.

Before posting this, OP, did you check whether the same owner permits pictures of Sikh gurus, crosses, or Jesus for Christians, or any other religious items? How did you decide this is only targeting Hindus?
