I posted the same on different communities asking for help but didn't get a satisfactory answer.
The box looks tampered; you should have rejected it straight away.
File a complaint with Amazon; they might help.
Was it fulfilled by Amazon?
Send them the video as well.
Seeing many posts like this, why are people still buying online instead of going to offline stores?
I was going to buy the Meta Quest 3 from the same seller—thank God I didn't.
If you get a tampered box for a high‑value item (over 5k), reject it immediately.
Never call Amazon customer care; raise a request through the app for box damage or missing items. That's the only way they'll accept your claim.
Even if they're investigating, still raise it from the app.
I also received a dented laptop from that retailer; they're definitely scammers.
Yeah, always buy offline, bro—especially PC parts, since the market is still tiny here. I'm still surprised Amazon did this; usually their customer care is good.
I've had a few cases where a ₹3k protein powder showed as delivered but never arrived; they sent a replacement quickly. Same with a gaming keyboard—when it was faulty they refunded me after I returned it. So I'm shocked Amazon is still allowing these issues.
Please stop buying high‑end PC parts from Amazon; they seem to be running a scam.
Take some time to shop offline—that's just for your peace of mind.

Note to everyone
Why record only the inner items? Start recording from the outer envelope sticker so Amazon has no reason to reject your claim.
Capture the outer sticker that proves the package is yours, then clearly show the unboxing of the items.
I'm warning you because Amazon may claim you swapped the package. Show clear evidence to protect your refund, as the process is getting stricter with more scams from both sellers and buyers.
