So I started going to the gym a month ago. I was fine until today when I felt I couldn't control myself. It was like I needed something right away. I didn't want to do any "stuff". I thought I should just exhaust myself instead of that (bad idea, ok). So I grabbed a barbell (got a home set too), put on some weights (didn't check, maybe 12 kg) and did barbell curls, almost 5 sets of 20 reps. I was tired, yeah, but the feeling didn't go away. How do I deal with this and is it normal??? Again sorry if this question was irrelevant!!!!
