I'm a 5'9, 21-year-old male, weighing 77 kg.
Morning (5 am): oats with a banana and chia seeds.
Post‑gym: five whole eggs and a banana.
Lunch: rice with whatever mom cooks, sometimes soya chunks.
Evening: I can't have soya chunks right now because I'm at the library.
Night: four rotis with whatever mom prepared.
I can see changes – I look broader and leaner.
My workout split is PPL.

Most of your lifts - like incline dumbbell bench and shrugs - show low numbers for your age, weight and training duration. You're probably not pushing hard enough. Meanwhile, lifts such as lateral raises are unusually high, which likely means your form is off.
You'll start gaining muscle.
