By the time he wraps up ARASAN (a two-part film) along with Rajan Vagaira and the pending project Vaadi Vaasal, all the actors will be older. I doubt Vada Chennai 2 could look any more convincing.

But I think this picture is from the Rajan Vagaira project, right?

The ARASAN shoot is on hold for a while because STR had a red-card issue, which they say is now resolved.

I'm pretty sure this is on the Rajan Vagaira sets, not ARASAN. Vetri was shooting this while ARASAN was on pause.

With Daniel Balaji's passing, I don't think Vada Chennai 2 is possible anymore.
