I'm talking to a 38-year-old woman. We planned to meet last Sunday.
First she said she only meets in the evening, so we set 6 pm. I agreed.
Then she moved it to 1 pm. I agreed again.
Later she cancelled on Sunday morning saying she was unwell. I said no problem.
After that she asked if we could meet for an hour on a weekday evening.
I told her evenings are a bit tough for me because my job throws random requests, so I can't promise anything but will let her know by 3 pm on a weekday if I have a slot.
Her job starts at 11 am, and my calls start at 11 am too.
I thought maybe we could meet for an hour in the morning, since I have more control then than in the evenings.
I just asked her to shift once, and she immediately replied, "No yr, mujhse utha nahi jaata."
Today I politely said that both of us need to adjust if a relationship is to work, and that seemed to upset her.
She can't get up early, but she doesn't realise I'm already adjusting for her three times.
She sleeps at 2 am and wakes at 10 am. Seems like she's used to living without adjusting for anyone for 38 years, and she doesn't see that as the main problem in her attitude.
Bro, just move on. You're dealing with a 38-year-old girl-child. She's not the right one for you.

If someone is interested, they'll find a way to meet or spend time with the person they like. In your case, she's not interested; she's just giving excuses. Don't waste your time.

Men are approaching her and putting in effort... She's 38 and single for a reason.
Older women can behave oddly; I've had a similar experience too.
Not sure how to say this without offending, but this really shows her age...
You're trying to figure out why she's single at 38.
