Hi fam,
I get a lot of queries on how to optimise men's sexual health. Here's a guide with some non‑negotiables!
If you have any questions, drop a comment – happy to help.
Hope this helps :)

Can we also get a guide for women's sexual health?
Nice effort, but the mods will probably remove this for being low effort.
That sub/dom dialogue, yaar, lol
About your sources:
1) Irrelevant – it talks about bacteria in fruit juice.
2 and 4 are the same study, widely debunked and have a huge conflict of interest. The author was an anti‑adult‑content activist for years before doing this research, which isn't even in a notable journal.
The remaining two support the general advice to reduce stress.
I don't think loneliness is a choice, bro.
Quitting porn was one of the best decisions I ever made, same with stopping doom‑scrolling. Cheap dopamine ends up costing a lot.
I'm following all the principles and have quit porn. I was heavily addicted, watching every new release like a fresh episode of a series. I'm proud of getting my act together. If anyone wants to break this habit, check out the r/thexeffect subreddit.
It depends on how, when and why you watch adult content. Many do it for fun, but a few watch it for educational purposes to learn things that help in real intimate moments. So watching isn't inherently bad, but keep the three W's in mind and don't turn it into a habit.
This sounds nonsense – I do everything you said not to, and my sex life is actually way better than when I was sober.
OP, did you even read the research paper you linked?
