Rolled up the sleeves of my shirt, tied a bandana to cover most of my face, and used a handkerchief as a shield for my forehead (I wear a turban, and if I don't protect my forehead I end up with a triangular tan).
I'm also putting on a layer of sunscreen to protect the exposed eye area and when I walk from the office parking to the building.
This is my setup for riding my two‑wheeler only.
Guys, for half‑sleeve shirts, are you using arm sleeves or a proper UV jacket?

Helmet??
This isn't new; I've seen women do it quite often, though it's rare among men. If you're going to this length to protect yourself, you might as well wear sunglasses too. And realistically, sunscreen underneath won't help much—it'll get wiped off anyway.
The SPF can get compromised by rubbing off on the scarf. Cotton has a very low UPF rating, around 5, and it drops further when wet from sweat, humidity or breath moisture. So you might not be doing yourself any favors. If you want to cover your face, look for UPF‑rated face coverings that don't trap moisture and won't rub off your sunscreen, or use a face shield. Same goes for arm clothing.

I use a full dupatta to cover my head because I travel on a Rapido bike and don't want my hair touching the helmet directly. I drape the same dupatta to make a full face cover, exposing only the eyes, and also cover my hands and arms. Aur kuch baaki hai zindagi mein? Sunscreen isn't working either; I've got sock‑line tan marks on my feet now.
Just wear a helmet, bro— it'll shield you from UV and the road
