So it was Sunday and I decided to try something new for dinner. Here's what I did:
- Beat 2 eggs with salt, paprika and garlic powder.
- Cook the mixture in the air‑fryer at 160 °C for 5‑7 minutes (low heat prevents bubbling).
- It turns into a pancake‑like base.
- Spread a thin layer of Schezwan sauce and tomato sauce.
- Top with veggies, about 10‑20 g of Amul cheese sauce and 20‑30 g of shredded cheese.
- Finish by blasting it at 200 °C for 3‑4 minutes until the cheese melts.
The whole thing comes to roughly 250 cal and is quick, tasty and low‑fat.

Looks really good. Ah, I miss having an air‑fryer – I've never owned one.
No way it's only 250 cal, that can't be right.
What do you use as a base for the eggs in the air‑fryer? I tried parchment paper but it didn't work. Also, any ideas for a vegetarian alternative?
My take on the title:
Egg base, zero oil
Pizza
250 cals
Which app do you use to track the calories?
Can anyone recommend a good air‑fryer or air‑fryer oven that's Teflon‑free?
It's amazing!
From any video recipes? I'd love a link.
Which cheese is best for dieting and what's the ideal amount to use?
Wow, absolutely love it! I'll give it a go in a day or two. This is a total game‑changer.
