Amitabh Bachchan was great as Sarkar, but
Abhishek really stole the show.
He and Big B are coming back for Sarkar 4.
The elevation comes from Abhishek's crisp dialogues and expressions, plus the 'Govinda Govinda' bgm that amps up the revenge vibe. Edit: Personally, Yuva remains my top pick of his work.
I love watching Abhishek Bachchan.
The 2000's were the golden era for crime‑thrillers – think Sarkar, Ab Tak Chappan, Shootout at Lokhandwala, Black Friday, A Wednesday, Omkara, Maqbool, Sehar, Gangajal, Manorama Six Feet Under, Johnny Gaddar, Khakee, Apharan, Gulaal, Kurbaan, Ek Hasina Thi, Chandni Bar, Kaminey, Gangster, Company.
He looks super hot in this, omg!
Never imagined Abhishek could look this hot – just saw the clip here for the first time.
Out of context, but the chain was tied to his legs, so when they're pulled back his face should tilt toward Abhishek before he collapses.
Is the other guy Mantri from Farzi? Lol.
The villain, Zakir Hussain, nails his expressions – no pleading, no tears, just cold composure as if he's accepted his fate.
You can rewatch Sarkar just for Abhishek's performance.
