Title: Help: Need way to download YouTube videos on laptop
Post by: Vikas on Apr 08, 2026, 04:04 PM
Is there any way to download YouTube videos on a laptop without using YouTube itself? Like a Telegram bot or a website where I can just paste the link and download. Please.

Bro, search 'download yt videos for free' on Google; you'll see a couple of links at the top. Pick any site, paste the YouTube link you want, and download.

I do the same—download course videos from my phone to PC and watch them on VLC. Just search 'youtube video download' on Google, click any site and it'll work.

Bro, install Snaptube on your phone, search there, select whatever you want from the whole playlist, choose the quality and start the download. I haven't found anything better yet. Most PC sites don't let you download an entire playlist—you have to pick each video individually. I downloaded all my lectures this way and then moved them to my PC. Give Snaptube a try; it's the best in my opinion.
