Already written some stories and kept them in a locker... even my own family wants Tollywood to be great.

Yeah, for real. He's behind every Rajamouli film and he's a good writer.

On the other hand, Rajamouli himself has great skills to make great movies. His father is just one part of the equation, not the only reason for his success.

Is he the story writer, then?

Most of his scripts are emotional and watertight.

I respectfully disagree.

S.S. Rajamouli can make good movies even without his father writing them.

The main reason is how Rajamouli presents his story. His stories are simple, not overly complex, so they appeal to all kinds of audiences. He delivers that simple tale with larger‑than‑life storytelling.

His father's writing is great, no doubt, but the final outcome depends on who directs. Rajamouli can turn any decent story into a great film.

Dude, even if he isn't around, he has more than a dozen stories for Rajamouli that will keep him busy until retirement.

Not saying he should die, but even if he passes away he'll have written enough scripts for SSR to direct!

I hope he announces the Maharana Pratap biopic soon; he's been writing it for the past three years!

Prabhas, Ranbir, Vicky and Hrithik are the front‑runners for the lead role!

I feel Rajamouli's direction is far stronger than his father's writing, and in the future he'll find a writer who syncs with his vision. It's more about matching vision than just talent.

I think the same goes for M.M. Keeravani. I can't imagine any other musician doing justice to SSR's movies.

Rajamouli isn't like Shankar, who can't make good movies without Sujatha. As many have agreed, Rajamouli writes excellent screenplays for simple stories. He can picture a scene in his head and refine it, so it's a different ball game.
