I'm a Business Analyst at a well‑known global IT firm with about 3 years of experience, and I also hold an MBA in Finance.

A few points to consider:
- Which role are you targeting?
- What's your domain? I see you've mentioned product, analytics, and some data‑science work, so I'm not sure.
- How much are you customizing your CV for each role?
I don't think there's anything wrong with your resume. The market is really tough right now – people are losing jobs, those who have jobs don't want to switch, and openings are few. Referrals only help if the person referring has real influence in the company; there's a lot of politics because of the referral bonus. Even a weak resume can get you in if the referrer is on good terms with the hiring manager. I know someone who was hired with a poor resume just because the referrer and the manager were eyeing the ₹30k bonus. Keep applying and keep reaching out to contacts; that's all you can do. Eventually things will turn around, they have to.
First of all, why are you doing an MBA at Christ? It's not worth it.

The job market is rough right now.
Bhai, is Christ University good for an MBA?
