Title: Misleading protein advice from Rujuta Diwekar still up?
Post by: Rahul on Apr 05, 2026, 04:11 AM
Pictured is the well‑known Rujuta Diwekar. This reel shows how misinformation can travel even when it comes from a famous name. Several nutritionists and health experts have flagged it as misleading and potentially harmful. It's already crossed 1M views, which makes it even more concerning. This is exactly how bad health advice spreads. Watch it with a critical eye and don't be fooled. Please make sure your parents and elders don't fall for it either.

Let's mass report it for false information for a healthier India!

She's part of the gaumutra gang now. It's their moment.

She's acting like she has a god complex, and the worst part is she gives no reason why we shouldn't listen to her. We trust career coaches even though they don't change careers every 4‑5 years—what logic is that? Most doctors don't cook for themselves or for four‑five people, yet we follow their nutrition advice. Doctors don't make medicine for just a few patients, yet we take every prescription.

I don't get why some Indians avoid protein. They skip non‑veg, refuse protein powder or any supplement. It's baffling, especially when they think heavily fried, oil‑laden Indian food is healthy.

Can we all report it as false information? If enough people report, Instagram might have to take it down.

Many of my relatives follow her advice and tried to make me do the same. I told them straight up that anything she says is nonsense and suggested they stop following her. Everyone, even my mother, got offended, but she's the only one who sees I'm right.
