Please help my little sister pick her first sunscreen. I'm a student, so price matters. I'm leaning towards Neutrogena but I'm still undecided.

I've tried both. UV Doux works best – go for it.
Neutrogena offers solid protection, no doubt, but you must apply carefully – it stings if it gets near the eyes. I haven't used UV Doux personally, but it gets good reviews. I'm using Asaya Sheer Milk; it doesn't sting my eyes, blends easily, and protects well – I wear it to college and it stops me getting sunburned. I also tried Conscious Chemist, but after a few months it started causing comedones.
Neutrogena works as a sunscreen, but it leaves a noticeable white cast and feels a bit sticky. It didn't sting my eyes, though.
Honestly, I liked both for oily, acne‑prone skin. UV Doux gave a matte finish, and I'm now using Neutrogena. It doesn't leave a white cast and feels fluid. It never broke me out, though it can sting a little around the neck and eyes.
I've heard Deconstruct changed its formula and it's now pretty good – what do you think?
I've been using Dot & Key's Watermelon sunscreen for over a year. You could try that brand; they also have a sports version that's sweat‑resistant. https://www.dotandkey.com/products/lime-rush-swim-sports-spf-50-sunscreen The price is affordable and they often have offers, so you can stock up.
