There are many ways to look at it. One person's dream job can be another person's nightmare. Job satisfaction is relative. What feels frustrating to you might be a relief for someone else. This artwork is just a metaphor to make us think deeper.

Without passion, growth, workâlife balance and money, any job feels like a punishment. Our society has lost balance in many areas, so many people ended up hating their jobs.
