The city is a mess. Traffic is terrible, and shopkeepers in the bazaars openly tell you you can't afford anything, so don't even go in. Ticket prices are sky‑high for things that are useless. The so‑called Pink City looks more like old, unmaintained buildings painted a dull colour. Even the food is over‑hyped – the sweets are way too sweet, even at LMB. The only things worth seeing are the forts, and they're outside the city.
It's a sad situation. The locals themselves have damaged the monuments and there's hardly any support for tourism.
